**Job Description:**

You will be supporting our hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share, and successful conversion of reservation enquiries into bookings. Collaborate closely with local corporate bookers to maximize revenue through sales opportunities.

Based in the Holiday Inn Express London Excel, you will be part of a dynamic team who values work-life balance. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, living through our brand standards.

**What We Need From You:**

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about providing an outstanding guest experience, adhering to our brand standards. Ensure you possess basic numeracy and literacy skills, willingness to learn computer technology, and sales techniques. A background in sales, groups and reservations, or GDS systems is desirable.

You should be collaborative, result-driven, and able to think ahead, anticipating customer and market needs. Apply up-selling and suggestive selling techniques to sell Aimbridge and IHG Hotels group products and services effectively.

Aimbridge believes personality is key, so we're looking for someone with bags of personality and a real flair for hospitality. The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
