Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking a Customer Experience Expert to join our team at Duettocloud. As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and knowledgeable support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Triage and manage incoming cases, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and documented.
- Self-assign cases from the queue, focusing on areas where you have expertise and those that will challenge you and help you grow.
- Collaborate with our R&D team to resolve product defects, documenting them in written text and video content.
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Technology.
- A client-centered approach and professional orientation.
- The ability to articulate a path to resolution in written English.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Proficiency in hotel systems, including Front Office, Sales, Reservations, and Revenue Management.
- Fluency in English and one additional language (French, German, or Spanish).
**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
