Strategic Customer Health Expert, AWS Enterprise Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Health Expert to join our AWS Enterprise Support team. In this critical role, you will design and deliver programs that drive customer health and operational excellence across Korea, ASEAN, and ANZ regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Health Visionary: Develop a single view of customer operational health, empowering leaders to make informed investment decisions.
- Innovative Problem Solver: Establish new mechanisms for inspecting customer health, driving complex technical problem management, and facilitating resolution.
- Collaboration Champion: Work closely with key stakeholders across AWS to improve the customer experience, develop operational excellence, and build a broad understanding of AWS architecture and service inter-dependencies.
