YouTube Channel Manager

Job OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned YouTube expert to support and scale up our in-house channels, with a potential fourth channel on the horizon. This is a part-time freelance position, ideally 3 days a week, but we're open to flexible arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive YouTube strategy to boost channel growth, engagement, and viewership.
- Oversee multiple YouTube channels, expanding their reach and brand awareness.
- Manage audience and community interactions, ensuring a positive experience.
- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement a content strategy and calendar, optimizing content for better search and discovery.
- Publish new videos, create upload strategies, and oversee thumbnail creation, keywording, and copy.
- Monitor and enforce community guidelines and policies.
- Assist in building the channel tone and identity.
- Oversee SEO and metadata.
- Ideate relevant content in line with current trends, collaborating with creative teams.
- Identify and implement social media strategies.
- Develop project management processes and build KPIs for social channels.
- Experience in managing brand identities and YouTube channels.
- Proven track record of growing YouTube channels.
- Understanding of YouTube algorithms and video marketing strategies.
- Experience with influencer marketing and paid advertising.
- Collaboration with video and social teams.
- Strong communication skills.
