Job Title: YouTube Channel Manager

We are seeking an experienced YouTube Channel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our leading science education channels, Veritasium and Astrum. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the YouTube platform and algorithm, as well as experience in managing channels that drive millions of monthly views.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations for multiple YouTube channels, ensuring adherence to platform best practices.
  • Develop and implement content strategies to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to present channel activities and performance.
  • Utilize data analysis to provide actionable insights and growth strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with YouTube platform developments, trends, and training.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in YouTube channel management.
  • Deep knowledge of the YouTube platform and algorithm.
  • Experience working on brands/publishers specializing in learning and education.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
