As a YouTube Channel Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple brands, creating engaging content, and analyzing viewership data to inform programming and marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create and program YouTube channels and other social media pages
* Ensure channels adhere to platform best practices
* Create graphics for channels and ads
* Produce and edit video content for social media platforms
* Optimize titles, descriptions, and keywords for each platform
* Write and edit metadata and copy for videos and channels
* Assist in creation and upkeep of programming calendars
* Provide regular updates on channel activity and growth
* Manage a materials library and follow existing edit processes and naming conventions

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Photoshop
* Proficiency in video editing using Premiere and/or Final Cut
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Second language is a major asset but not essential
* Personal experience of and interest in using multiple social platforms is essential
* Great communication skills, with a positive can-do attitude
* Ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks, and an interest in taking on real responsibility within a rapidly growing and dynamic start-up

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

* Recruiter Call (30 min)
* 1st stage video call (30 – 45 min)
* In office face to face interview + office tour (45 min)
