UpStream Media Ltd is seeking an experienced YouTube Channel Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital studio, you will be responsible for managing and curating our YouTube channels across multiple brands, utilizing audience development strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content strategies to maximize channel growth and profitability
  • Curate and manage content across multiple brands, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Design and create eye-catching thumbnail artwork to enhance channel visibility
  • Analyze analytics data to inform content decisions and optimize channel performance
  • Source, edit, and curate content from our extensive library to meet channel needs
  • Repurpose existing content for different platforms to expand our reach
  • Write engaging copy that aligns with SEO best practices and brand guidelines
  • Research and apply Google keywords to content metadata for optimal visibility
  • Ensure timely and consistent weekly upload schedules
  • Engage with our community, subscriber base, and chat moderation to foster a positive channel environment
  • Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and areas of growth
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in YouTube channel management or a related field
  • Attention to detail with impeccable spelling and grammar
  • Experience with image design software (e.g., Photoshop) and video editing software
  • Strong communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills with experience working in a fast-paced environment
