Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking bookings from customers via telephone and email, with excellent customer service
- Adding all booking information to the booking system
- Ensuring all information is updated and maintained, demonstrating data entry, retrieval and database maintenance skills
- Responsible for filing and archiving relevant documents
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Filing and general administration duties
About You:
We are looking for an individual with previous administration experience, customer service skills including written and verbal communication, excellent database management, and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
