Job Title: Reception Administrator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

To provide an excellent reception and administrative support service so that all visitors and callers receive the best possible impression of the Chamber, and to service the Chamber's Member lounge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an excellent reception and administrative support service
  • Supporting the Director of Finance and Corporate Services on areas such as premises, contractors, and online training
  • Using the Chamber's CRM system and others as relevant to the role
  • Participating in internal/external meetings and training as required
  • Ensuring that all relevant policies, procedures, and working practices are adhered to
  • Being flexible and willing to undertake any other duties that may be reasonably required
  • Meeting the minimum level 2 English and Maths requirements
  • Having a customer service qualification or training
  • Having good relevant reception experience
  • Having experience of accurate use of Microsoft Office packages
  • Having outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Being able to work flexibly and to cover holidays
