Vast Services: Investing in Communities seeks a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our Welfare Benefits Team. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals who require assistance with disability-related matters, providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

This role involves assisting clients with various tasks, including phone calls, data entry, and document preparation. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the candidate will be working directly with individuals who may have complex needs. A strong understanding of Microsoft applications is required, and experience with disability-related services would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Welfare Benefits Team, including data entry, document preparation, and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and security at all times.
  • Assist clients with various tasks, demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration, preferably with experience in disability-related services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
