Exams and Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exams and Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our school's administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of internal and external examinations, as well as providing administrative support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient support service
- Maintain and update manual and computerized records
- Contribute to the development and record-keeping of training programs/learning opportunities
- Organize and facilitate interviews, events, and meetings
- Support the induction of new staff and provide administrative support to HR
- Be responsible for the overall smooth running of internal and external examinations
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a senior administrative role within a school environment or a busy administration office
- Good level of literacy and numeracy (at least 5 GCSEs above C to include English and Maths)
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
