Director of Sales & Marketing Role

The Director of Sales & Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maximising occupancy through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

About the Position:

  • Lead the Sales and Marketing team in creating, defining, and implementing comprehensive strategies to attract guests, increase bookings, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Forge strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners.
  • Manage the sales & marketing budget in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Develop and launch marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

Proven track record in a similar luxury five-star market role, excellent communication skills, negotiating and influencing skills, creativity, leadership abilities, and understanding of key markets such as UK, USA, and Middle East.

Compensation Package:

A competitive salary estimated at £70,000 per annum, leadership package including bonus, enhanced pension, life insurance, private healthcare, complimentary nights at Hyatt Hotels worldwide, discounted hotel stays for you and your family and friends, business attire laundered complimentary, Headspace membership, access to Employee Assistance Programme, 50% discount on food and beverages when dining as a guest at selected Hyatt Hotels.
