This exciting opportunity for a Sales Director is based in North London and offers a chance to lead, inspire, and achieve unparalleled success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts domestically and commercially.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
- Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships
- Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio
- Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
- Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
- Managing budgets & resources
- Presentation of strategies and results to the board
A Degree qualified professional with strong commercial and sales management experience is required. Proven experience in a leadership role within the building materials, construction or windows & door manufacturing industries is essential.
We are looking for someone with exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, strong financial & commercial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
A visionary mindset with a clear focus on achieving long-term goals is necessary for this role.
