Enterprise Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Sales Director, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Public Sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team of Account Directors, responsible for managing relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams.

The Sales Director will be responsible for coaching and developing the talent within their team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this fast-paced and competitive environment. They will also work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Strategic Business Consulting, and Customer- and Partner Success Managers, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary of $120,000 and a bonus structure that rewards individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team of Account Directors, responsible for managing relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coach and develop the talent within the team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members, helping them to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
