Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join their team at one of their Westbury sites.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, committed to improving outcomes for students with special educational needs and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with SEMH/SEN students in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEN legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The school offers opportunities for professional development and a chance to make a real difference in students' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent in the future.
