**Job Description**
We are seeking a Lead English Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with students with special educational needs (SEN) and develop their skills as a teacher and trainer.

**Key Responsibilities**- Develop and implement a tailored English curriculum for SEN students.
- Deliver engaging English lessons using various strategies and resources.
- Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching methods.
- Provide guidance and support to other teachers and staff.
- Lead training sessions on effective English teaching strategies and SEN best practices.
**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, paid weekly based on skills, experience, flexibility, and availability.
