About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated SEN Support Professional to join our team in Westbury, Wiltshire. As a SEN Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other learning needs.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide tailored one-on-one and small-group assistance to SEN students to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each student's unique needs.
  • Promote constructive behaviour and support students in developing social skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.
  • Track and report on student progress, providing valuable insights for teachers to make informed decisions.


About You


To be successful in this role, you will require prior experience working with SEN students, excellent communication skills, patience, and a compassionate approach.


A strong understanding of the needs of students with ASD, ADHD, and other learning needs is essential, as well as GCSE Maths and English proficiency.
