SEN Outdoor Learning Specialist

About the PositionThe successful candidate will design and deliver creative outdoor education lessons tailored to individual student needs, collaborating with teaching staff and external professionals to integrate outdoor learning into wider education plans.

- Contribute to ongoing professional development opportunities and training.
We require someone with:
- A relevant qualification in Outdoor Education, Forest School Leadership, or similar field (Level 3 or higher).
- Proven experience working with children and young people with SEN, particularly in outdoor or alternative learning environments.
- A strong understanding of SEN, especially around Autism, SEMH, and behavioral challenges.
- A passion for the outdoors, with practical skills in outdoor activities, environmental education, or adventure sports.
