Outdoor Education Professional

**Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Outdoor Education Tutor to join their dedicated team in Westbury.**
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of young people who benefit from non-traditional, outdoor-focused learning environments.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualification in Outdoor Education, Forest School Leadership, or similar field (Level 3 or higher) and proven experience working with children and young people with SEN, particularly in outdoor or alternative learning environments.
- Deliver creative, practical, and engaging outdoor education lessons tailored to meet individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, support workers, and external professionals to integrate outdoor learning into wider education plans.
- Facilitate activities such as bushcraft, team-building exercises, adventure sports, and environmental education.
**Salary:** £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
