We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Specialist Education Worker to join our team at Wessex Lodge School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with complex needs, such as Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and more.

About the Role

You will work closely with the teaching team to develop individualized education plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. Personal care duties are required to support students.

Candidates should have GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths. No experience is needed; we provide full training and development.

A Full Manual Driving Licence is required. Forest school, outdoor activities, or adventure activities would be beneficial. Proven experience working with autistic pupils is also advantageous.

Salary: £20,906 - Permanent; Term Time only
