Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Educational Specialist to join our team at Wessex Lodge School, Frome. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to make a positive impact on the lives of our pupils and young adults.

About the Role

As an Educational Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students. You will work collaboratively with our team to plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Safeguarding all pupils across the school
  • Exhibiting the highest level of professional standards at all times
  • Planning and delivering learning to a class
  • Promoting the love of learning in whatever area of school life to all students

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educated to Qualified Teacher Status
  • A calm, engaging, resilient, and innovative teaching style
  • Motivation by helping every pupil to reach their potential
  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • QTS
  • Experience/qualifications relevant to job role
  • SEMH experience
