Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Learning Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our primary school team in providing high-quality education to our students. As a Learning Support specialist, you will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behavior, and support students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students with their learning.
  • Learning Support: Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, developing strategies to enhance their learning and engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a primary school setting, preferably as a teaching assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities, and a strong commitment to supporting learning.
