Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Residential Support Worker at PSR Solutions. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to attend to the daily needs of our service users, including assisting with personal care, preparing meals and snacks, and planning leisure activities. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, plus generous holiday entitlement and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with young people and has experience in childcare or a related field. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. A level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure your success in this rewarding role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing and administering medication
  • Preparing meals and snacks, as well as maintaining a clean and hygienic living environment

  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans
