Job DescriptionThis challenging role involves providing pre-arranged and same-day visits to housebound patients, demonstrating safe and effective clinical decision-making within the primary care setting. The post holder will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs, building effective relationships with external healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, advanced practice experience, and leadership qualities. They will be responsible for managing Practice infection prevention and control policies and contributing to the development of local health policy. A strong understanding of General Practice sector requirements is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experienced Independent Prescriber with a Degree or equivalent advanced clinical skills qualification
- RGN with current NMC registration and a valid UK driving licence
- Masters degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or working towards
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience in autonomous practice
This exciting opportunity offers:
