Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Technician to join our maintenance team at Arla Westbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in multi-skilled engineering, with experience in mechanically and electrically driven systems. You will be comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in a dynamic environment.

You will be required to perform routine maintenance tasks, conduct fault-finding and repair work, and participate in projects to improve plant efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
  • Conduct fault-finding and repair work on complex systems
  • Participate in projects to improve plant efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Experience as a multi-skilled engineer (shift engineer/maintenance engineer/engineering technician)
  • Time served/NVQ Level 3/ONC/HNC/HND qualified or proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanically and electrically driven systems
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a dynamic environment
