About:

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. Our client is a leading enterprise within the medical sales industry, renowned for their innovative approach and commitment to excellence.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a book of new and existing business across local territories. You will identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive growth and revenue, forming strong relationships with clients to deliver valuable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve goals
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Degree educated to a 2.1 standard
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
