We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at a privately owned motor trade leasing company. The ideal candidate will have previous B2B sales experience, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  3. Analyse business performance metrics to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Provide training and support to teams to enhance sales performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Package:
  • Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience).
  • Company car and fuel card to cover business miles.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and company pension scheme.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
