About the Role:

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a book of new and existing business across local territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Degree educated to a 2.1 standard
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Confident and excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative and skilled at facilitating strong client relationships
  • Money motivated and driven to succeed
