Workday Financials Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Manager to join our Powered Connected Technology team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Workday Finance ERP implementation projects, from presales to post-go-live support, as a Solution Architect.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas, including Invoice to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire, and Project to Result, within Workday Finance.
- Develop and implement Workday Finance enabled end-to-end business processes, leveraging your expertise in cloud applications and technical architectural elements.
- Manage a team of 10+ colleagues, including client and third-party relationships, and lead client programmes to deliver successful Workday Finance implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Workday Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with KPMG's six-layer Target Operating Model.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday product sets, including HR and Payroll solutions, and apply this knowledge to drive business value for our clients.
- Proven experience in multiple industry sectors, including Media, Services, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Local and Central Government, and a deep understanding of key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing Finance transformation programmes.
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders, and a background in designing and delivering end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas.
- Experience in planning and estimating Workday Finance programmes, and a strong understanding of the functional, application, and technical architectural elements of an Workday Finance programme.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and a strong interpersonal, team building, organisational, and motivational skills.
