The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Senior Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality advisory and delivery projects. The successful candidate will be expected to provide specialist advice in Workday Financials and work closely with client leads to optimise processes and maximise the benefits of Workday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Workday Financials advisory and delivery projects
  • Provide specialist advice in Workday Financials and work closely with client leads
  • Contribute to business development and sales initiatives
  • Help towards the growth of the Workday Financials Capability
  • Have functional expertise of the latest Workday Financials solutions
  • Advise on technical integration of Workday Financials with other systems
  • Advise on data migration and data integrity
The Person

We are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience of multiple end-to-end Workday Financials implementations within a Consulting environment. The successful candidate will have functional expertise and knowledge of Workday Financials processes and configuration in multiple areas.

  • Demonstrable experience of multiple end-to-end Workday Financials implementations
  • Functional expertise and knowledge of Workday Financials processes and configuration
  • Understanding of key finance business issues/drivers
  • Experience of multiple industry sectors
  • Background in designing and delivering end-to-end business processes
  • Understanding of functional, application and technical architectural elements of an ERP programme
  • Ability to independently run client workshops
  • Experience of Financial concepts
  • Experience of operating and implementing in a cloud environment
