About the Role

KPMG is seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Manager to join our Powered Connected Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Workday Finance ERP implementation projects, from presales to post-go-live support, as a Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas, including Invoice to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Acquire to Retire, within Workday Finance.
  • Develop and implement Workday Finance enabled end-to-end business processes, leveraging your expertise in cloud applications and functional knowledge.
  • Manage a team of 10+ colleagues, including client and third-party teams, to deliver high-quality Workday Finance programmes.
  • Plan and estimate Workday Finance programmes, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Workday Finance solutions, driving business value and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
  • Experience of multiple Workday Finance ERP implementation project lifecycles, from presales to post-go-live support, as a Solution Architect.
  • Detailed knowledge of Workday Finance enabled end-to-end business processes across Finance and Procurement.
  • Broad knowledge of other Workday product sets, including HR and Payroll solutions.
  • Experience of operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understanding the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on-premise.
  • Understanding of an Workday Finance delivery lifecycle using Workday's methodology or equivalent delivery method.
