About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Manager to join our Powered Connected Technology team at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Workday Finance ERP implementation projects, from presales to post-go-live support, as a Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas, including Invoice to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Acquire to Retire, within Workday Finance.
  • Develop and implement Workday Finance enabled end-to-end business processes, leveraging your expertise in cloud applications and functional knowledge.
  • Manage a team of 10+ colleagues, including client and third-party teams, to deliver Workday Finance programmes.
  • Plan and estimate Workday Finance programmes, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with global teams to address client needs and deliver market-leading services.
Requirements
  • Experience of multiple Workday Finance ERP implementation project lifecycles, from presales to post-go-live support, as a Solution Architect.
  • Detailed knowledge of Workday Finance enabled end-to-end business processes across Finance and Procurement.
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
  • Experience of managing a team of 10+ colleagues, including client and third-party teams.
  • Experience in planning and estimating Workday Finance programmes.
