About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Manager to join our Powered Connected Technology team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Workday Finance ERP implementation projects, from presales to post-go-live support, as a Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas, including Invoice to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Acquire to Retire, within Workday Finance.
  • Develop and implement Workday Finance enabled end-to-end business processes, leveraging your expertise in cloud applications and technical architectural elements.
  • Manage a team of 10+ colleagues, including client and third-party relationships, and lead client programmes to deliver successful Workday Finance implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Workday Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with KPMG's Powered Enterprise approach.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Finance product sets, including HR and Payroll solutions, and apply this knowledge to drive business value for our clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in multiple industry sectors, including Media, Services, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Local and Central Government.
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
  • Experience in planning and estimating Workday Finance programmes, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual and in-person environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise large amounts of information and provide clarity to complex issues.
