Job Title: Workday Financials Senior Manager

At KPMG-UnitedKingdom, we are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality Workday Financials advisory and delivery projects.

The Role
  • Lead the delivery of Workday Financials advisory and delivery projects, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Provide specialist advice in Workday Financials, working closely with client leads to optimize processes and maximize the benefits of Workday.
  • Contribute to business development and sales initiatives, including bid, proposal, and contract/commercial negotiations with our Workday clients.
  • Help grow the Workday Financials Capability through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership, and supporting the career aspirations of team members.
  • Have functional expertise of the latest Workday Financials solutions and integration to other systems/modules.
  • Advise on technical integration of the Workday Financials application with other client and 3rd party tools/applications.
  • Advise on data migration and data integrity as part of the deployment engagement.
The Person
  • Demonstrable experience of multiple end-to-end Workday Financials implementations within a Consulting environment.
  • Functional expertise and knowledge of Workday Financials processes and configuration in multiple areas, including Order to Cash, Projects to Results, Acquire to Retire, Source to Pay, Record to Report, and Plan to Perform.
  • Understanding of key finance business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programs.
  • Experience of multiple industry sectors, including Media, Services, Retail, Insurance, and Local Government.
  • Background in designing and delivering end-to-end business processes across multiple process areas.
  • Understanding of the functional, application, and technical architectural elements of an ERP program.
  • Ability to independently run client workshops to drive design decisions and system demonstrations in both in-person and remote delivery modes.
  • Experience producing project deliverables, including business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
