Job Title: Workday Financials Senior Manager

At KPMG-UnitedKingdom, we are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality Workday Financials advisory and delivery projects.

The Role
  • Lead the delivery of Workday Financials projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Provide specialist advice in Workday Financials, working closely with clients to optimize processes and maximize benefits.
  • Contribute to business development and sales initiatives, including bid, proposal, and contract negotiations.
  • Help grow the Workday Financials capability through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and team member development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Financials solutions and integration with other systems.
  • Advise on technical integration and data migration as part of deployment engagements.
The Person
  • Demonstrable experience in multiple end-to-end Workday Financials implementations within a consulting environment.
  • Functional expertise in Workday Financials processes and configuration, including Order to Cash, Projects to Results, and Acquire to Retire.
  • Understanding of key finance business issues and drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programs.
  • Experience in multiple industry sectors, including Media, Services, Retail, Insurance, and Local Government.
  • Background in designing and delivering end-to-end business processes across multiple areas.
  • Understanding of functional, application, and technical architectural elements of an ERP program.
  • Ability to independently run client workshops and drive design decisions.
  • Experience in producing project deliverables, including business requirements and functional specifications.
