- Inform customers of availability and delivery times
- Type and proofread delivery notes and invoices as needed

- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of additional languages being a bonus
