Digital Sales Professional

Crayon, a global IT company with presence in 46 countries, is seeking an ambitious Digital Sales Executive to support revenue growth for the Global Digital Sales Function. The ideal candidate will acquire new customers, ensure customer retention and satisfaction, and identify potential clients in specific verticals and markets.
About You
As a result-driven professional with a strong communication and presentation skillset, you will thrive in this role. With a keen interest in inside sales and business development, you will be responsible for generating new leads through outbound activities, qualifying leads, and developing a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets using D365 CRM.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an inside sales, business development or similar role, with knowledge of CRM, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience from the IT industry in a B2B environment is considered beneficial.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including Training & Certifications, Ticket Restaurant: 150 eur/month (except August), and Private Medical Insurance: for employee and first-degree relatives (partner and/or children).
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through outbound activities, using Sales Navigator, phone calls, emails.
- Conduct active research to identify potential clients in specific verticals and markets.
- Qualify leads to determine sales potential and introduce Crayon's services effectively to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Account Managers and marketing to drive and generate demand and opportunities.
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets using D365 CRM.
