About the Role

This role involves translating business problems into Business Requirements, User Experience, and Interface Design, and leading project implementations by supporting Functional Requirements, User Test Scripts, CRP Plans, Data Migration Plans, and Training and Tools Support. It combines global design and planning with project management, requiring strong analytical skills and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small team of business analysts and lead projects as assigned.
  • Develop and own the Lead to Quote Business Processes and seek out ways to utilize Salesforce.com platform to improve processes and productivity.
  • Provide direction and support in areas such as user support/training, change control, interface design, data quality, requirements gathering, and reporting.
  • Assist in the development of technologies to create solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in project management leading technology implementations, preferably in a B2B space.
  • Supervisory experience managing a virtual team.
  • Business Process Mapping and Business Analyst Experience.
  • Understanding of the Salesforce.com and connected sales tools ecosystems.
