Archer Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Therapeutic Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising a team, and working closely with a multi-agency team to support the children.

We require someone with at least two years of experience in a residential children's home, who can lead by example and ensure high standards of care. You will also need to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals, and share your hobbies and life skills with the children.
