Veritas Education Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Therapeutic Care Specialist to join our team in Preston. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with young people who require a high level of support due to self-harming, behavioral, and emotional difficulties.

The Therapeutic Care Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized care plans that promote independence, self-esteem, and resilience. A strong understanding of therapeutic approaches and strategies is essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
