**Role Overview:**

The Therapeutic Care Team Member will work closely with the children, their families, and other professionals to provide care and support tailored to their unique needs. This role involves creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the children's physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the children's needs
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Support the children with their daily routines, activities, and therapies

**Requirements:**

  • A Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field (or willingness to study for one)
  • Experience working with children with complex needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
