Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Emotional Wellbeing Support Professional to join our team at Academics in High Wycombe. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about supporting students' social, emotional, and mental health.
About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you will work closely with students to develop coping mechanisms and de-escalation techniques to manage their emotions and feelings. You will create a personalized toolbox with each student to help them gain control over their emotional regulation.

Your Benefits:
This full-time permanent position comes with an estimated salary of £23,500 per annum (£450-£500 per week) and offers excellent progression and training opportunities. Part-time hours are also considered for the right candidate.
