Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive sales operations and commercial success across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, commercial strategy, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, sales process optimization, and sales enablement.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
  • Partner closely with marketing, finance, product, and operations teams to align strategies and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Provide strong leadership to the sales operations team, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in the technology, data center, or telecommunications industry preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus.
