Strategic Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead the growth of our Frontier business development team. As a Strategic Sales Leader, you will be responsible for scaling our decision intelligence product across sectors, developing partnerships, and building a sales team to drive business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading sales of Frontier across sectors, meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
- Supporting testing of new channels and commercial propositions
- Growing channel partnerships to expand our reach
- Developing and leading a sales team to scale our impact
Requirements:
- Highly experienced in complex enterprise sales, incorporating software and services, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience building and managing a sales team
- Deep understanding and learned experience of enterprise sales cycles, from inception to close and growth
- Deeply collaborative, able to bring in the best of Faculty expertise from across BD, tech, data science, and product to win deals
- Able to challenge customers and shape strategic direction to position Faculty as trusted advisors
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships that develop pipeline and close deals
- Can balance multiple priorities to personally own large deals
- Takes ownership of deals end to end, with a strong intuitive understanding of what customers need and expect from Faculty
