Strategic Sales Operations Leader for Revenue Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Sales Operations Leader to drive revenue growth and optimize sales processes at Moody's. This high-impact leadership role demands a proven track record of successfully implementing Sales Operations & Enablement strategies, leading Sales Transformation initiatives, and integrating technology solutions into sales processes.
As a key member of our sales organization, you will partner with stakeholders to build and execute a comprehensive sales technology strategy and governance program. Your expertise in Salesforce governance, administration, and best practices will be instrumental in designing and optimizing sales processes and workflows within the platform.
You will continuously assess and optimize the sales and sales operations processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You will incorporate best practices and innovative solutions, including selective use of generative AI technologies, to enhance sales techniques and customer interactions.
With 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, or a closely related field, you will lead advanced training programs that equip the sales team with the skills needed to effectively utilize new technologies, methodologies, and strategies. Your exceptional leadership qualities will inspire, motivate, and drive results across diverse and cross-functional teams.
