Strategic Business Partner for EMEA Revenue Growth

Blockchain technology is driving innovation across industries, and Chainalysis is at the forefront of this revolution. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in helping us navigate the complexities of blockchain ecosystems.

As a Strategic Business Partner for EMEA Revenue Growth, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and optimize sales team efficiency. Your expertise in sales, strategy, and operations will be invaluable in helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align with global operations to establish and manage the operating plan, including sales pipeline reviews, forecast reviews, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate on the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions.
  • Strategize with revenue leaders to execute initiatives that optimize sales team efficiency and productivity.
  • Support initiatives across Revenue Operations and participate actively on the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales, strategy, and operations experience within a SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, CPQ, and related third-party applications.
  • Deep understanding of the public sector sales cycle is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Focus on doing what's right for the business.
  • Microsoft Office and GSuite experience.
  • Prior experience at a growth-stage Internet/software company is a plus.
