About the Role

Vent-Axia, a leading provider of ventilation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key personnel at our distributor partners, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Grow Sales Revenue: Develop and execute plans to increase sales revenue through promotional orders and project sales.
  • Market Communications: Develop and implement market communications programs to support our target market share position.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting market trends and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven experience in account/territory management, preferably in the electrical wholesale or merchant market.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrable success in sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Manual Driver's License: Must hold a valid manual driver's license.
  • Residency Requirement: Must reside within the region.
