About the Role

Vent-Axia, a leading provider of ventilation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
    • Identify and develop sales strategies for different product groups to drive growth and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel within our customer base.
  • Grow Sales and Revenue
    • Grow over-the-counter (OTC) sales by actively gaining promotional orders.
    • Grow project sales by engaging with customers and contractors, and promoting our ventilation solutions.
  • Market Communications and Reporting
    • Develop and implement market communications programs and campaigns to support our target market share position.
    • Produce and issue monthly reports to your manager, highlighting the development of the electrical wholesale market.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 3 years of account/territory management experience.
    • Experience working in the electrical wholesale/merchant market.
    • Demonstrable success in sales and negotiation skills.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Manual driver's license.
    • Must reside within the region.
