Category Sales Development Manager

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Category Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the grocery and high street retail sectors.
  • Provide sales and category development expertise to support the growth and profitability of the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and category development in the grocery and high street retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license.
