Category Sales Development Manager Role
Field Sales Solutions is seeking a talented Category Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing category sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Electrical Beauty and Skin Care categories.
- Implement processes to ensure availability and visibility of products in-store.
- Provide sales support and training to store staff to enhance their knowledge of the Electrical Beauty and Skin Care categories.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Review and analyze sales performance data to inform future sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Grocery/High Street sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
- Full UK driver's license.
