Category Sales Development Manager Role

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a talented Category Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing category sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Electrical Beauty and Skin Care categories.
  2. Implement processes to ensure availability and visibility of products in-store.
  3. Provide sales support and training to store staff to enhance their knowledge of the Electrical Beauty and Skin Care categories.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  5. Review and analyze sales performance data to inform future sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Grocery/High Street sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
  • Full UK driver's license.
